• Do I need an account? No. Nothing to sign up for.
• Where are my chats stored? On your phone. See the privacy policy.
• How do I remove a character I shared? Email us its name and we'll take it down.
• How do I report a character? Long-press it in Explore and choose Report & hide, or email us.
• How do I cancel Premium? In the Google Play Store app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
